Summary: The propery was clean and functional. The pool area was overcrowded, our understanding is that the hotel allows guets from the adjacent Holiday Inn to use the pool. Why not then just stay at the Holiday Inn? We had a club room and while the service was excellent and the club concept is good, i.e. afternoon tea and cocktails, the food was low quality, overrun with flavourless carbohydrates. Would not stay here again.

Summary: Breakfast was varied and the staff was courteous and professional. On room cleanliness, however, I have a real complaint: we had to explicitly request a deep cleaning during our stay, and at one point found a towel that was still dirty when it should have come straight from the laundry. I understand we were traveling during peak season and staff may have been stretched thin — but so were the room rates. At this price point, a smooth, hassle-free cleanliness standard shouldn't be something guests have to chase down. Worth noting for anyone traveling with kids: the beach isn't fine sand but small pebbles (likely granite) — not a hotel failing, just the nature of the St. Julian's coastline, but useful to plan around. Dining within the hotel was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Leonardo, the maître d' at "Al Fresco" restaurant on the seventh floor. He made us feel welcome and at home — a skilled, friendly, and professional host. Thank you Leonardo!

Summary: Our stay was very pleasant. Big thanks to Katerina and whole team - they were all very kind, helpful, professional and friendly! We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the functionality of all the amenities. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained as the entire hotel. Breakfast is excellent with so many options. The gym and pools are clean with a pleasant water temperature. The beach is very near and is free for hotel guests. Across the street is a Spar market with all necessities. Our strong recommendation for this hotel!

Summary: The entrance to the hotel is lovely. The rooms are standard. Lack of plugs, usb charging in the telephones which took overnight to charge my phone. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely. You have access to the free sundbeds on the beach although, they don't like you taking your own food and drink there as want you to purchase from their bar. Overall ok but didn't think it was worth the price
